After 16 years the European Regional ITS Conference returns to Vienna. This great city has always been an excellent place for the exchange of brilliant ideas. Following the same spirit, the 23rd European Regional ITS Conference addresses a wide range of subjects related to fixed and mobile telecommunication markets, Internet economics, market regulation and country specific telecommunication developments. The conference will present keynote speeches by academics, regulators and business representatives thus reflecting the mission of the ITS of providing a platform for discussion among the different stakeholders in the telecommunications world. More than 100 papers will be presented by speakers from all over Europe, Asia and the Americas.
